.engsina was started in 1973 by our chairman, Mr Goh Tok Meng. With just 2 other staff and a workspace of 500 sq. feet, Mengsina provided repair/technical services and supplied marine equipment, fittings and accessories mainly to local government and semi-government bodies who were not adversely affected by the recession at that time.

Overcoming the odds of being a small company, our founder, Mr Goh, worked long and hard to establish Mengsina among the field of  leading marine equipment dealers. Looking for generous and considerate suppliers was just one of the difficult tasks that our chairman faced but undaunted and with determination, he perserved and built Mengsina up to what it is today.

With the widening of the market after the recession, business steadily increased and our clientele started to include both overseas and local shipyards and shipbuilders. The inclusion of global diversification cocered us to improve both our technical and personal aspects of provision to meet the requirements of our various clients. 

With clientele from all over the world, Mengsina has truly established itself as a front-runner in the highly competitive field of marine equipment distribution.
